- Use of hacked e-wallet access: if any e-wallet is hacked or illegally accessed, rest assured that we have systems in place to detect such unusual activity and block such suspicious (or outright fraudulent) transactions;
- Collusion between players: this refers to coordinating your actions with other players to manipulate game results or gain unfair advantages, and is prohibited. We use robust behavioral analysis and game monitoring tools to identify such suspicious patterns;
- False registration details: Providing false names, addresses or contact details when registering is an absolute and unacceptable violation. We carry out KYC checks to verify the accuracy of the information provided;
- Forgery of documents: Providing false identification documents or false payment documents will result in the permanent closure of the account and may also be reported to the relevant authorities by us;
- Influencing sporting events: Any connection with athletes, coaches, referees or agents that will be used to influence the outcome of a sporting event is also considered fraudulent and will also be punished in accordance with our rules.
Verification of the Origin of Funds
Knowing the origin of players’ funds is crucial in the process of detecting and preventing illegal money laundering. When we confirm to ourselves that customer deposits come from truly legitimate sources, we not only maintain confidence in our payment system, but also protect all our users from any risks associated with illegal activity.
Our AML policy complies with all recognized international standards and global best practices. As part of our routine due diligence, we may ask our players to provide official proof of income, transaction history or bank statements. Account Freezing and Investigation

If fraud is confirmed, we may permanently block such an account and also retain up to 15% of the deposited amount as a fee to cover our administrative and investigative costs. All previous findings will also be reviewed and taken into account when calculating the remaining balance. Cooperation with Regulators and Authorities

Personal Nature of the Account
Each account must be registered and used by one person only. Sharing an already created account with another person is strictly prohibited by our rules, it increases the risk of identity theft, unauthorized transactions and generally fraudulent activities. Here is why sharing an account is unsafe:
- Loss of personal control: another person can access your personal account and then make a bet or withdrawal at their own discretion (without your consent), or even change the personal account details without your knowledge;
- Breach of personal data security: when you share your personal login details to our platform with someone (it does not matter with whom), you disclose sensitive personal and financial information, which can be used for fraudulent activities outside of our casino;
- Regulatory Violations: Such “shared” accounts as described above make it impossible to verify the true identity of the player, which in turn violates our AML and KYC rules. This may further lead to freezing of funds, permanent account closure and possible reporting to the authorities by us. Accordingly, in order to confirm that each account belongs to a single user, we apply several stages of due diligence;
- Identity and Document Verification: We may request current identification, utility bills or other evidence that matches (should match) your personal information;
- Behavioural Monitoring: Our system analyses not only login patterns and device fingerprints, but also geolocation data, so we can detect suspicious access from unexpected locations or devices;
- Two-Factor Authentication: We strongly recommend using 2FA for an extra layer of security, this will make it much more difficult for someone else to access your account without your consent and permission.
Play Activity Verification
In some cases, we may need to review a player’s overall play history to ensure compliance with our AML policies and our casino’s fair play standards.
- Sudden Large Wins or Withdrawals: If a player suddenly wins or withdraws unusually large amounts (large compared to their usual activity), we must review such transactions to confirm their legitimacy;
- Inconsistent gaming: Irregular or unnatural betting patterns (constant maximum bets or repeated betting sequences) may indicate that the player is using automated bots or colluding with other players;

If your account is selected for a gaming activity review, we may ask you not only to provide additional proof of identity, but also to explain the purpose of certain transactions or provide relevant documentation. Such a review may take up to 30 business days, depending on the complexity of the case and your cooperation. During this time, all payments and account transactions may be temporarily suspended. We encourage all players to promptly respond to our requests and provide clear information so that this process goes as smoothly as possible.
No Automated Programs
We strictly prohibit the use of any bots, scripts or any automated tools that distort the normal gameplay. Such unfair methods can undermine the integrity of the games in our casino and harm honest players. How do bots negatively affect fair play? Here’s how:
